Speaker: Robin Creswick Fenley, PhD, LCSW
Robin Fenley is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in diverse fields of aging, including skilled nursing facilities, in-patient psychiatry, elder abuse prevention, home care, and adult day care. Currently the Assistant Commissioner for the Bureau of HealthCare Connections within the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA), Dr. Fenley administers the recently legislated Social Adult Day Ombuds Office, manages ten contracted National Family Caregiver Support Programs and nine Social Adult Day Programs, and oversees the Alzheimer’s & Caregiver Resource Center. Pending activities for HealthCare Connections include management of NY Connects, a statewide ‘No Wrong Door’ long term care initiative, and DSRIP, the Delivery Systems Reform Investment Payment Program.
