Carla Holub is the Co-owner of SelectCare a Licensed Home Care Service Agency that has provided care to frail adults in New York City since 1985. She has been a member of the Executive Board Home Base Care Alliance since 2009 and had the honor of working in the Office of Emergency Management during Super Storm Sandy in 2012.   

Amanda N. Coats is the Public/Private Initiatives Analyst at New York City Emergency Management, where she supports a number of programs with the goal of enhancing the preparedness of New York City’s private sector. She is also the Program Manager for the John D. Solomon Fellowship for Public Service, the first student fellowship with the City devoted specifically to emergency management. Amanda holds her Master of Public Administration in emergency and disaster management and is a certified Associate Business Continuity Professional through DRI-I.
